ESP Specialties & Fabrications Inc. combines advanced CNC, CAD/CAM, and manual fabrication capabilities to bring customer designs to life as finished, high quality products.

We specialize in the manufacturing of Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP) components including collecting plates, Discharge Electrodes (Wire), and Rigid Discharge Electrodes (RDE)/Spiked Tubes for any ESP build.  Our facility is equipped with two ESP collecting plate manufacturing lines and can build both ESP-1 and ESP-3 style collecting plates to suit your requirements.  Additionally, we  offer a variety of other fabrication, structural steel, and machining services.

Our CNC HD Plasma cutting table gives us the capacity to handle large-scale plate processing with precision.  Full machine specifications are available in the equipment list below.

For finishing services, we offer sandblasting, painting, and contract services including galvanizing, plating, and powder coating.
