ESP Specialties & Fabrications INC. is equipped with state of the art CNC, CAD/CAM and manual fabrication equipment allowing us the ability to communicate customer designs into finished quality products.
We have ESP collecting plate forming equipment. Discharge Electrode (Wire) and Rigid Discharge Electrode manufacturing equipment for any of your Electrostatic Precipitator build requirements.
For plate processing our CNC HD Plasma table can handle cutting steel plates up to 10’ wide X 40’ long and up to 2” thick in mild steel. See the equipment list below for specific machine work envelopes.
For finishing services, we provide sandblasting, painting and contract
galvanizing, plating and powder coating.
